Booking/purchasing a ticket in another person’s name without their consent.
Booking duplicate or impossible/illogical trips: for example, multiple trips for the same passenger at approximately the same time (i.e., trips that a passenger could not physically complete), multiple trips for the same passenger departing from the same city on the same date, or any multiple booking containing conflicting or overlapping itineraries (such as departures for the same passenger from multiple cities at the same time).
If any of these prohibited practices are detected, then, without prior notice to the customer, we reserve the right to take any of the following actions:
Cancel such ticket reservations and/or any misused vouchers related to such ticket reservations.
Provide no refund for such ticket reservations/purchases.
Prevent or blacklist the customer from making future reservations with or through Las Vegas Shuttles and/or shuttle/bus operators.

When the passenger cannot sit in a seat with the seatbelt fastened, to the extent that the shuttle or bus is equipped with seatbelts (unless going to/from the onboard restroom);
When the passenger refuses to follow reasonable instructions given by the company’s crew or bus personnel.
When the passenger’s behavior may be dangerous or creates a risk of harm to themselves, the driver, the bus crew, other passengers, the bus and/or company property, or the property of other passengers.
